Personal Development Plan

I have learnt the way of get along with people and some useful skills from my previous jobs, activities and my hobbies, such as video editing and take photos.

When I am facing a challenge in the workplace, I would like to move beyond organisational help, the reason is I think it's essential to take ownership for your career path and move beyond just limiting yourself to these.

I would like to be a video editor. The reason is feel interest in video editing and photoshop, I enjoy the happening of many people has focusing on the same object. Therefore, I would like to find some jobs about video editor after I graduate. My idea is to upgrade my edit skills.
